Etiquette Policy
I am a home-based salon located in a private residence.
Please arrive at your exact appointment time and not early, as i may be with another client.
On-street parking is available however please ensure that you park respectfully to nearby residents.

Treatment & Aftercare Policy
Aftercare advice will be provided at the end of your appointment and must be followed to maintain the best results.
I am not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare, picking or biting nails or misuse of treatments.
Results may vary depending on individual skin, hair type, nail condition and lifestyle factors.
By booking, you consent to the treatment being carried out and acknowlege the potential for temporary redness, sensitivity or irritation to occur.
Patch Test Policy
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before all tinting treatments for new clients or if you have not had a tint with me in the last 6 months.
Patch tests are quick and free of charge. If a patch test is not carried out, the treatment cannot go ahead for safety reasons.
Even with a patch test, reactions can occur in rare cases.
By booking a tinting service, you confirm you understand and accept this policy.
